Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 18, 2026  |  Last Updated: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Neural Helix, a DBA of Fractal Helix Studios LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Neural Helix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, publications, software, applications, consulting, automation services, customer communications, and text messaging programs (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services or providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

Mobile and SMS Privacy Commitment

We do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in data.

Neural Helix does not share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support the requested messaging service. These providers may support customer service, telecommunications delivery, infrastructure, consent management, fraud prevention, or technical operations and may use the information only for those requested services.

For NHX Assistant Alerts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information processed by Neural Helix through the Services. It does not govern a client’s independent privacy practices, a third-party website or service linked from our Services, or a third-party software, payment, communications, hosting, or integration provider acting under its own policy.

When Neural Helix processes personal information solely on behalf of a business client, that client may be the controller or business responsible for the information, and the applicable client agreement and the client’s privacy policy may also apply.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Why we collect telephone numbers

We collect customer and contact telephone numbers to identify and communicate with customers and authorized contacts, respond to support requests, administer accounts and billing, provide requested services, and maintain accurate business records. If—and only if—a person separately opts in to NHX Assistant Alerts, we also use the supplied mobile number to deliver the SMS messages described at the point of consent. Providing a telephone number does not by itself constitute SMS consent.

Information collected automatically

Software licensing and EULA records

Where disclosed during software installation or license activation, Neural Helix software may collect acceptance timestamps, IP address, operating-system details, and hardware or device identifiers for license enforcement, fraud prevention, security, and preservation of a legal record of license or EULA acceptance. The specific collection is described at the point of acceptance.

3. Sources of Information

We may obtain information:

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

5. Text Messaging and Mobile Data

Consent and program records

We collect a mobile number and related consent records when a person affirmatively opts in to NHX Assistant Alerts. Records may include the date and time, source page, consent status, disclosure version presented, IP-derived request information, browser or device information, and opt-out activity. SMS consent is optional, is separate from acceptance of general terms, and is not a condition of purchase, service, or completing signup.

How SMS data is used

We use SMS data to document and honor messaging preferences; send operational alerts, authorization notices, account or billing reminders, and service-suspension warnings; provide requested assistance; process STOP and HELP requests; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot delivery; and maintain compliance records. The program does not use this operational-alert consent to authorize unrelated advertising.

Frequency, charges, and control

Message frequency varies based on account and service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. We may send one final message confirming an opt-out. You may opt in again only through a valid affirmative opt-in method.

No marketing disclosure of mobile data

Neural Helix does not share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support the requested messaging service. Those providers may use the information only to perform requested services for Neural Helix or as required by law, not for their own marketing.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

Neural Helix does not sell personal information for money. Regardless of the categories above, mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Automated Processing and Third-Party Services

Some Services use third-party software providers, APIs, communications platforms, cloud services, and other integrations. Content submitted through an automated workflow may be transmitted to providers selected or configured for that workflow so they can process the content or perform the requested action. Their processing may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and data-retention settings.

Do not submit highly sensitive information unless it is necessary, authorized, and appropriate for the configured service. Business clients are responsible for choosing suitable providers and configurations for their use cases. Neural Helix does not use private client content to advertise unrelated products, sell data, or satisfy curiosity.

8. Cookies and Technical Data

Our websites and infrastructure may use essential cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies for security, routing, load balancing, preferences, diagnostics, and reliable operation. Third-party services embedded in or linked from the Services may set their own technologies under their policies. Browser controls may allow you to delete or block cookies, but blocking essential technologies may impair functionality.

9. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, preserve security and business records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type, sensitivity, contractual requirement, and legal need.

SMS opt-in and opt-out records may be retained as evidence of consent and compliance. License and EULA acceptance records may be retained for the period disclosed at collection, including indefinitely where necessary to preserve legal proof of acceptance. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. No system, network, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting credentials, devices, and systems under your control.

11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may:

Submit a request to [email protected]. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Certain software or commercial Services may require users to be at least 18 or the age of legal majority. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization.

13. International Processing

Neural Helix and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use reasonable measures intended to support lawful transfers.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, Services, or business practices. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or another reasonable method where required by law.
